Meet Your Author

I once hid in the bathroom for five minutes
and called it self-care.

I'm Chia — working mum, toddler negotiator, and the person who once ran on empty for far too long. I have two little ones: a fierce 4-year-old girl with opinions about everything (including which direction her toast is cut) and a 2-year-old boy who is essentially a golden retriever puppy in a child's body.

I'm not a parenting expert. I'm a mum in the middle of it, learning as I go and sharing everything that's actually helping. If you're tired, overwhelmed, and still showing up every day with cold coffee and good intentions — this space is for you.

What Parents Are Saying

You're not alone in this.
Not even a little.

★★★★★
I read it in one sitting at 11pm. Cried three times. Finally felt like someone understood exactly what I was feeling without making me feel worse about it.

The re-entry ritual changed our evenings completely. My daughter runs to the door now instead of ignoring me. That's not nothing — that's everything.

Chia writes like she's sitting across from you at the kitchen table. No judgment, no impossible advice — just a friend who gets it. Bought copies for both my sisters.
